Cinta Ramadan

Cinta Ramadan is Flipside Stories’s first telemovie production. Starring Sharnaaz Ahmad and Nurul Nabila, scheduled to be on Suria channel Mediacorp on 8th August 2013 (First Day of Hari Raya) at 8.45pm. I was assign to shoot stills and motion for their “the Making” for just 2 days. On the second day, the press was there to interview Sharnaaz and M.O. Salleh was the photographer to accompany the journalist. I wouldn’t have known that it’s him until we made a brief intro to each other during our small chat. Was a pleasant surprise indeed.

To be on the set, gives me flash back during the times when I was just around 7 yrs old where I would follow my mom to the Whitley Rd Community Center to watch her practice her stage drama and related. The likes of Ponisah Bachik, J.A. Halim, A Galak, and M.Nasir were some of the few were there at their usual ground where they practice, that I can recall.

Das & Ly

The June and July wedding assignments still got me busy at this time for it was our peak period and to get all things deliver on time can be very stressful at times. For this wedding and another two, I will not forget to update in my WordPress.

Das & Ly got married on the 22nd June, a one day event that tricked me to thinking that it was Sunday, he he… 😀  This simple, private wedding welcomes their close friends, relatives and family members to the British Club at The Mountbatten Room. I started shooting from Das house at Bukit Panjang and off we got to the location with a mini bus.

The crowd was a familiar to me as I was the one who shot one of Das friend wedding last year. Below are highlights of their wedding.

Ismael Ali & Nurulain Mohammad

This last solemnisation shoot before the fasting month kicks off was the most anticipated wedding to some people I know and one of them was Ismael’s mom. Tears of joy rolled down her eyes right after he recite is “akad nikah” and I can see her in great relieved to see her son now married.  Located near Bukit Indah, this small scale event doesn’t loose it’s fun and happenings as close friends and relatives are there to witness their wedding.

Indra Taufik & Nur Aishah Nadiah

Shot this early June wedding with our motion crew held at the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore Hotel where they held their solemnisation and reception on day 1. Was our first time shooting there and was impressed with the setup a live band and cozy ambiance, not forgetting their variety food spread.

Wedding Bliss and Lifestyle Asia Expo Experience

Last week expo, Wedding Bliss and Lifestyle Asia from 23rd to 26th May 2013 was a good experience for all of us. There are 4 of us under Tahta Tiara’s booth, Rias Andaman Collection, From Fran with Love, The Wedding Maestro and myself. During the 4 days, clients who sign up for my photo and video service are entitled to our Double Promotion. This promotion is extended till June 8, enough time for them to decide on their preferred package.

There are also the “all under one roof ” package available, which provides great service and sure reliability from all of us managed by The Wedding Maestro.

Abdul Aziz + Nur Elena

It’s my cousin wedding and I can only attend their solemnisation day which was on last Saturday. We are about 15 years of age difference. Looking at him now, tall and married gives me flash back of my younger days where I would play with the other cousin and Aziz was just in his diaper, ha haa… 😀

Time sure flies when you’re having fun! Below are just a few shots that I manage to steal, as I was there at the same time to capture the moments in video.
